If you are compelled to cancel, we ask for your understanding that we will keep the dates and therapists free for you, and will charge canceled appointments within 24 hours with 50% of the price for the booked treatment, Planned treatment packages lasting 85 minutes or longer will require more than 48 hours of cancellation or 50% of the package price.
If you cancel your reservation without a call, we will charge you the full price of the booked package.
